At Remnant Brewing, we’ve always believed that the heart of our business lies in the product we craft and the people behind it. This year, we’re excited to share a milestone that exemplifies this belief: In May 2023, two of our long-standing managers, Brittany Lajoie and Charlie Cummings, became vested, partial owners of Remnant Brewing. This moment marks a significant chapter in our story and highlights our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment in the brewing industry.
Since we opened six years ago in Somerville, Remnant Brewing has become more than just a brewery. We’ve created a community space where people can enjoy our craft beers, fresh coffee, and now cocktails too! We’ve built a hub that has served our guests safely during a global pandemic. We are the go-to spot for many first dates and the future wedding receptions of those that go well! We offer a home-away-from-home for remote workers and a place where new parents can reconnect with their community. In other words, we have worked hard to be your third place.
Our growth, including the opening of our second location in Cambridge, has been fueled by the unwavering support of our community. This expansion isn’t just a strategic move; it’s a reflection of our deep connection with our customers, who have embraced us and our mission from day one.
